The large cobbled terrace is shaded by vines, there are sun loungers with cushions, chairs, dining table and new BBQ area.

The kidney shaped pool with cover and surrounded by lawn, is 11m x 5m and is 0.9m at the shallow end gently sloping from halfway to 2.0m at the deep end. The pool and gardens are impeccably maintained. The private pool is for the exclusive use of guests staying at El Chopo. The pool is open for use during the main letting season ie March/April  to October. The garden area has spectacular views up to Cortes and the mountains behind. The terrace leads onto a garden with a large level lawn planted with quince, plum, apple, pear, apricot, orange, olive and even walnut trees!

The farmhouse consists of the main Farmhouse which sleeps 8 max and a Casita which sleeps 2.

• If the Farmhouse is let we won't let the Casita.
• Similarly if the Casita is let we won't let the Farmhouse.
• Unless of course you have a large group and wish to rent both. (10 max)

Bedroom 1 with double bed.
Bedroom 2 with twin beds.
Bedroom 3 with twin beds.
Bedroom 4 with twin beds.

Bathrooms: 1 shower room with wc, washbasin and bidet.
1 shower room with wc and washbasin.

Kitchen:
Cooker, hob, fridge freezer, microwave and slo-cooker.

Utility Room:
Washing machine, tumble-drier, drinks fridge, dishwasher.

Living Rooms:
Open plan lounge, kitchen/diner. Sky satellite flat screen TV with basic UK channels package and Spanish channels, DVD and playstation {with plenty of complimentary games and films}, CD player and radio.

Cleaning/towels/linen/maid service:
Linen and towels provided.
The property has maid service once a week for cleaning and changing.

Notes on accommodation:
The property has whisper quiet air-conditioning, room fans and a log burning stove.
There are also 2 extra sofa beds, one in each downstairs bedroom.
The property is a no smoking house.
Ideal for country loving families with many of the neighbouring farms keeping animals including chickens, geese, ducks, horses etc.

The property is very well appointed and equipped with new appliances including the following.

The Casita "La Montana" is recently renovated and has a large en suite double bedroom and a large kitchen diner.

The bathroom is beautifully appointed with a bath and separate walk in shower and toilet. The door leading from the bedroom to the bathroom is a feature 300 year old Andalucian door.

"La Montana" is air conditioned with a top of the range whisper quiet unit which also has heating capabilities for the colder months. There is also a log burning stove.

It has been very sympathetically restored with chestnut beams and a real stone feature wall.

All of the appliances are brand new and include satellite TV, DVD and all mod cons in the kitchen. and The bedroom leads out onto a covered terrace and garden with breathtaking mountain views.

The Casita is in the grounds of the main house El Chopo Banda and will only be offered as a combined let with the main house to give a total occupancy of 10 or on its own when the main house is not let so as to maintain privacy.

As a single let the Casita is ideal for a romantic low season holiday away from it all or as a base to explore the Pueblos Blancos for sight seeing or house hunting.
